the game works fine except when iv submited my team before a match it crashes just before i get into the teamtalk. xml parsing error comes up then and it says something about an invalid tactic. what do i do?

2013-02-07 22:55#80253 The FM Rookie : The main reason for the XML Parsing Errors is usually down to playing FM in full-screen mode. Try changing your display to Windowed mode in the preferances. There should then be no problems what so ever.
