The Gerrard replacement?

Does anyone know a player who is english touted the next gerrard? or one that does become a player with the same characteristics as him?

Hey, there is a guy called Sam Mantom who does have the same spread of attributes when he develops. However, I have never seen him develop in to more than a "decent/good Premier League player". I suppose if you are looking for a player who could play the "Gerrard role", it would be Will Hughes. He is a very talented youngster. Here are screenshots of both from a save I have in August 2019:
