I am using FM Genie Scout 13g v1.0 13.3.3, and my FM is up to date on Steam. However, the scout shows totally wrong attributes and info of all players.
I just installed FM on my new laptop and continue playing the same saved game from my old one. Is it possible that this has something to do with the data errors?

It's the first time I heard of this problem. (I'm in no way connected to Genie)
You can try to start a new game and see if Genie still gives you wrong attribute values. If so try to re-install Genie. If the values are correct this time there was an error in transfering your data. Hopefully you'll have the old data so you can try again to copy the saved game.
Did you follow one of the many guides for transfering data onto a new computer? If not use the search function on this forum.

If you've re-installed GS onto a different system, you need a new key file. The old key file will be assigned to your old computer/old OS. You need to contact Eugene in order to acquire a new key file for GS13g.
