There are a lot of 'win it with kids' type challenges, well this one goes to the other end of the scale.
Win the Champions League (or continental equivalent) or the World Cup with a squad of veterans.
You can chose any team in the world.
You must edit that teams facilities to lower the youth facilities, intake etc to 1.
You must remove the entire youth staff and all players (from all squads) who are under the age of 34.
You can only start with a total of 18 players in your squad which you may hand pick with the editor...
but they can only be age 34+.
Throughout the save you can only bring in players who match the 34+ age restriction and must do all you can to prevent the influx of young players (sell, loan, ignore etc).
