Im selling Fellaini to Chelsea for 28.5 million and am looking for a replacement.
Not particularly looking for a similar player but more of an attacking midfielder who can drop back into CM if needed ?

Lars Bender, although would cost a lot more than 8M.

Diame has a release clause of 3M and is a very good midfielder

Christian Eriksen if you can afford him. He plays a very similar role to that you are describing.
