Giovanni Trapatonni Resigns

Giovanni Trapatonni has resigned from his role as Republic Of Ireland manager as he plans for a new adventure with Napoli. Giovanni had come under pressure from the Irish fans after 3 poor displays in the Euro 2012.
Many had grown frustrated of the type of team chosen week in week out, With Giovanni opting to use the older, more experienced pro's rather than giving the young talented blood a chance to shine.
The FAI have announced that the decision was made by Trapatonni and they respected it, and would announce a new manager after interviews took place in the coming weeks. There is no clear favourite for the job so it will prove interesting as to who is appointed.
Giovanni Trapatonni had been the Ireland manager since 2008, and lead his side to the Euro 2012 finals, the first time they qualified for a major tournament since the World Cup in 2002.
Note - Unsure about continuing Paris Story, Maybe
