Genie 2013 converting people indexes

Dear FM fans,

As it seems I'm not getting passed the part that genie is converting people indexes.
Reinstall or running as admin doesn't seem to solve the problem.

I'm hoping for a fix or workaround for this problem.

Same problem, tried redownloading, reinstalling, Administrator.

Same problem here. I also tried removing the Genie entry in the registry. But that had no effect either.

any solution to this?
