I would like to add a player to an existing game I am playing. Its year 2022 and Id like to spawn, edit or input a son character for the youth club.

To add a player, you need to use the Editor.
However, the editor data can only be put in before the game. There may be a way on the editor to make a player appear later on, but you would still have to do so before starting the game.

Not sure if it can create new players or only edit existing ones but you could look into FMRTE <- google that
