You certainly can, i'll be arranging next round transfers and manager changes after group D is complete but there is nothing to stop you from thinking about it now... the rules will be basic, you can swap any 3 players in your team for 3 other players, value for value... ie get rid of 3 players totalling 15m have 15m to spend on 3 more.
As for managers, you can opt to fire your manager and approach a manager from a team who went out or a currently unused manager.
If we make it through, are we able to change managers for a manager who has not been used by any team?

Yeah that group was a real nail biter, sorry mate... but in answer to your question in case anyone else was wondering... yes you could.
No need to apologize, we were a tad unlucky with injuries and discipline. Anyway, I am kinda annoyed though, I wanted to appoint Guus Hiddink.
