YAY, I think Kane made it through (I'm not 100% sure on what team you are)
In Group C, Van Persie and I went through.

Match 47

Group D

Mad Dogs have had a torrid time of it so far in this tournament but a win here could well scupper HeSkEy's qualification chance.

Heroic Skidmark Eyers DFC
- Maxi Rodriguez 25'
- Kolo Toure
- Neal Eardley (Twisted knee, out for the tournament)

Mad Dogs FC
- Stephan El Shaarawy 67'
- Falcao 73'
- Romarinho (Broken ribs, out for the tournament)
- Raphael Varane
- Kevin De Bruyne

Player of the Match: Andre Ayew (Heroic Skidmark Eyers DFC)
Attendance: 12,790

Well in Fergie... let's make sure we win the whole comp now :D

Match 48

Group D

Having already qualified, the Hurricanes' may well be vulnerable to a motivated Codebreakers side. They'll need to win by an absurd amount but it isn't impossible… yet.

2 - 2

Hurricanes
- Samuel Eto'o 42'
- Rodrigo 75'
- Sven Bender

Codebreakers United F.C
- Didier Drogba 47', 71'
- Robert Huth (Nothing serious)
- Beram Kayal

Player of the Match: Danilo (Hurricanes)
Attendance: 26,361

Round 6 Review

With sixteen teams in action and 23 goals scored, the best viewing was to be found at Stade du Pays de Charleroi where a crowd of 24,891 witnessed Hunters' 2-2 draw with Engham FC. The game was marred however by an injury to Hunters' Raphael Holzhauser.

Elsewhere, Didier Drogba scored twice during Hurricanes' 2-2 draw with Codebreakers United F.C and Stefano Mauri scored the pick of the goals in ANAL's 1-2 defeat against Dereham Devils with a well timed finish from close range.

A total of 115,058 (x10 honest!) supporters were out in force around the Fantasy League of Champions.

SO CLOSE
Easy through to the next round
And there you have it folks, the quarter finals are next.

I'll be announcing the draw soon, in the mean time consider whether or not you want to make any transfers or change manager, when i get chance (hopefully tonight, if not tomorrow) i'll post the newly available managers and up to date values of your players to aid transfer decisions... will be interesting to see whose team has gained the most value in such a short time too :)
You should do like a plate competition for the people who didn't make it through

That isn't something I was able to code into the database sorry.. hell, i couldn't even arrange an official 3rd place play off!

I can try to arrange something using the results from the league that takes place after the tournament though if it will keep the people who are out interested in following this...
Just got back from my holiday guys..

An Damn my team dominated that group :D

Bring on the knockout stage!
Welcome back Stacey, congratulations on your group domination :)
Thank You Ziecheal :)

Let's hope we can carry on this fine form :D
