Editing alowed number of staff?

Is there an save game editor or a way to change the number of board allowed staff?

It is common that old bandiera players are given a staff job when retire and I want to do that in FM13. The board will not allow this due to staff restrictions without sacking good coaches or older bandieras.

edit your managers reputation and the teams wage budget... then ask the board to allow more staff, that should do it depending on your teams standing?

Yeah that was the first thing I did. Had to fire some youth coaches in the end.
