Wingers - Cabral v Ferguson

I'm in my 3rd season with Cov City now sitting in the EPL. Trying to decide between the following for an AML:
Shane Ferguson
Cabral
Miyo Riyachi
Anyone got experience of these three and can give me some hints - maybe you are several seasons in and can tell me how they turn out!! Ferguson seems the most rounded but my game says he is injury prone.
