Why do my players do this

Just wondering why my players seem to do this. This is just an example of someone in my youth team but in the main squad this happens to atleast 2 players a month randomly they play atleast everyother game aswell as having adequate coaching and training and there all happy with there training workload

Low determination and work rate may have something to do with it. Try getting them tutored by a player with high determination and work rate. Or click "talk to player" go to "development" and tell the player he needs to work harder in training.

It could also be the result of over training, a player who is unhappy with training work load or is simply too tired to train properly can also suffer this sort of decline.
