FM Editor finances problem

hi, im trying to use the FM13 editor to make a club mega rich.

I set the reputation to 10,000 which is max

balance to 999,999,999

transfer budget to 500,000,000

wage budget to 5,000,000

I tick the public limited company box

Set the Sugerman to foreground

tick the extra budget box underneath (allows for the max balance)

But for some reason, when I load the changes into the game, the team in question has a lower value and debt which didn't exist before hand...

What am I doing wrong?

hmm interesting...I tried it with Brighton and it worked...seems to only be bigger clubs it don't work with for some reason?

surely the point of the editor is that it just listens to what you input, no?

Also, I change the sponsorship amounts and they don't change either...
