screens on stories sometime not visible

I got a issue here at work to see all pics or screens that are inserted in to stories. In some stories (lately more and more) I can not see any pics/screens that are posted (I get a cross instead). the stories from Glenn and Justice work just fine for me. Also I do not have access to the chat here at work. Can someone help me out with both problems?

Err, not quite sure why you've put this in the manager stories section, but I think this is because of the photosite they use to upload the photos.
