Everton have turned to an inexperienced Yorkshire man in Stephenson to take Everton to the next step.

With Stephenson been very much unknown with many football fans the first few weeks in the job will be vital.

Will Baines and Fellani stay and if not who will come in to freshen up the ageing toffees
Apologies for the shocking tittle as I’m pretty new to this i thought the blue heading may have worked.

Great Start For Toffees boss


Everton 4-0 Reading

New boss Adam Stephenson got off to a flyer with a confident 4-0 win over reading in the opening game of the premier league

New Signings Adryan Will Hughes and Raul Albiol all featured in the game with Hughes coming away with 3 assists and a goal and a MOM award to suit.

Everton Fans excited by the football and the start of the campaign

Jelavic hat-rick sinks sorry saints


Everton 5-2 Southampton

Jelavic helped himself to his first Hatrick in Everton Colours and finished of a fantastic 5-2 home win against a young saints team.

Once again Everton started strong with a brace from Jelavic in the first 5 min but two goals right on the half time whistle from ricky Lambert meant the dressing room talk was more of a shout at half time.

Everton looked to have that spring in there step back and with goals from Albiol and Osman along with Jelavic third goal sunk a saints spirited first half to a sorry second one


BREAKING NEWS

Everton announce loan signings of Darren Fletcher and Kevin Pannewitz from wolfsburg.

Stephenson was quick to act after the 26M Sale of Fellani to champions United.

Both secure cover for his departure and Pannewitz adds more youth to the squad.

Both could feature in the Capital One Cup vs Nottingham Forrest away
