i've experienced the same thing too. my key player was sold to the big club as my team only played in 2nd division. thats sucks. i know your feeling. HAHA
:yeswith the world finances maybe we will see in the next patch of fm chairmans not having money and be forced to quit.in the real life, here in romania there are a lot of teams with mony touble(the most famous of them is rapid bucharest).so maybe in the next patch...:yes
i really hate my man city chairman too. the club is very wealthy but he accepted an offer for shaun wright-phillips of 11m. pounds on january. the worst is there is not any good english r.winger that wants to come to my team at this time of the year and i don't know who to ragister to the second round of the champions league. i'm writing all this just to let you know that i think the problem is the chairmans stats (e.g. interference in the personality) mostly than the team wealth status.
I have to say ive never had any trouble with the Ipswich chairman which doesnt sound very realistic being as he used to accept 10p for any Town player. But now we have Marcus Evans all is ok and we have good amounts of money
