and for FM08:

4-3-1-2
note:4-3-1-2 for FM08 is tested on FM09, it is good but needs some changes due to differences in FM08 and FM09. 4-1-2-1-2 is not tested on FM09.

sorry meant the guy who was asking for tactics help. cos if its his first season then maybe the fact he has made so many signings would have something to do with the fact that he is struggling. plus no luca modric? he is quality.
