Team Harmony / players blending into squad.

Hey there.

in the transfer windows i bought about 4 new players and every time i play them they claim to have problems blending into the squad (assistant feedback before a match tells me this)i can understand this in their first few games, but i've had a player for nearly a season and a half now and they still haven't blended into the squad.

Is there anyway to speed up the players blending into the team?

maybe play 2 at a time and introduce them slowly

it has to do with teheir mentality, or language. check to see if they can speak the right language, and see on assistant report from player if they have a mentality like the rest of the team's.

btw the adaptability level is also very important, if you signed someone from a different country/area of country and they have a low adaptability, They could get homesick and want to leave, which is why they do not settle in well.

You can probably edit all of these things in a editor of sorts, but i dont know as i never use them.

it helps if there are a few players who can speak the same language as your brought in players. do these players play the same kind of football that your team plays?

you could also try playing them in the reserves for a few matches then slowly integrate them like with youth players

buying some players from their countries may solve the problem...or someone from their favoured person list...if they're not too expensive :O_o ...by the way..tell us who are those players that can't blend in the squad for a season and a half...i'd really like to know them
