Hi Guys

This is my first attempt at doing an FM story on here and have decided to take over at the Sleeping Giant Leeds United and take them back to competing at the top of the premier league and hopefully European Glory! Lets hope it goes well! I will try and update after every month of fixtures and show any new signings I have made along with the tactic I decide to use and much more! It should be an exciting journey! Wish me luck!

Good luck

Tony Yeboah Returns to Elland Road

Leeds United have appointed former Leeds United player Anthony "Tony" Yeboah as manager with immediate effect. The Ghanaian former professional footballer who played as a striker from 1981 to 2002. Yeboah joined English club Leeds United from Eintracht Frankfurt for a £3.4 million price tag in January 1995. In his second season at Elland Road, he was voted Player of the Year; the club's first-ever non-British Player of the Year. Yeboah scored a total of 32 goals for Leeds United in 66 appearances, and is still revered as a cult hero for the Yorkshire club due to a series of memorable goals he scored. His volley against Liverpool and his strike versus Wimbledon in the 1995–96 season were amongst his notable goals and he was a regular feature in Goal of the Month in the Premier League at a time when the Georgian midfielder Georgi Kinkladze of Manchester City and Matt Le Tissier of Southampton also gained a reputation for scoring world class goals in the competition.

Leeds United complete double swoop for Smith & Tate

Both Korey and Alan are said to be ecstatic at the chance of joining Leeds United and a chance of regular first team football. Both will join the squad for the up coming pre-season friendlies.

The Leeds United Strips for this season

Following advice from his Assistant manager Mick Jones, new manager Tony Yeboah has decided to stick with a traditional 4-4-2 formation with a balanced style.
With Pre-season now completed and with noticeable wins under the belt against Serie A sides Palermo and Genoa, new manager Tony Yeboah is pleased with harmony in the squad and look set to embark on a good championship campaign.

Yeboah to make managerial debut - August

The First game of Tony Yeboah's managerial career ended up in bizarre 1-0 loss in the League cup against Oldham Athletic after dominating the game, but unfortunatley not being able to put the ball in the back of the net.

After some harsh words from Yeboah after the loss against Oldham, it came to the start of the nPower championship and the opening game against Charlton Athletic. The words from Yeboah seemed to have an effect as the Leeds United boys put 3 goals past Charlton whilst dominating the game in good fashion.

Next up for Yeboah's men was Brighton & Hove Albion and in a hard fought game it ended up in 1-1 draw

Leeds United then hosted Burnley at Elland Road and put 4 goals past them in a game they dominated from start to finish, a great result for Yeboah's men

So it came to the end of August and with a good set of results in the Championship, Leeds sat in 2nd position in the table but unfortunatley got knocked out of the League Cup in the second round. Onwards and upwards for Yeboah's men.

nPower championship - September
A great month for the boys at Elland Road as it resulted in 5 victories from 5 games leaving Leeds United sitting pretty at the top of the table

Tony Yeboah picks up the manager of the month award for September
