Possum, I looked at him. He's not stellar. For a wing back/full back, by far one of the most important attributes is work rate. That guy is supposed to be running up and down that right flank like no other... But even at 20, his work rate is 8. Which means that all his physical stats? They're worthless since he doesn't use them
