Legends DB: Relive history!

Hello my friends! I think the title of this thread speaks for itself to be honest. Basically I want to create different databases and if possible a whole year database e.g (2000/2001) giving YOU members the chance to relive history with your favourite teams. This is just an idea for now.

Now I know this won't be easy and will take a while, but I'm willing to do it, however I will need a bit of help.

If you have any experience in making databases and you are willing to help out please PM me. Also if you're willing to help me find various squad lists of your favourite team please let me know.

Now below all you have to do is say which team you would like to see and the year, that's it!

Seni, what you should do is put all the teams in the same league, because everyone has always wondered how Wengers Invincibles would fair against Fergies treble winning United side and the Current Barca squad! Just a suggestion but it could work!

Good luck with this, it's a BIG project. I'd love to help but simply don't have the time... however if you could find your way to including the 2000/01 leeds united team that would be immense.

They were premier league and semi-finalists in that seasons Champions League so i'm guessing they would be worth including

Liverpool during the Rush years and Oxford during the Aldridge years.

Chelsea in '05 or 1970. I've had a similar idea that I'll soon start working on, so keep your eyes out for that

Seconded... a lot less work that creating an entire seasons db and would be really interesting to see how some of the worlds best teams ever would do against each other... admittedly, still a lot of work though

Hi guys, for a week or so I've been working on a database where the past, present and future have been mixed . About 100 legends are in the game. These legends are at the clubs that they excelled in greatly. E.g Figo in Sporting, Henry in Arsenal, Pele in Santos. I just thought the arguments such as who's better messi or maradona could be ended, you can play with your favourite past and present players! This DB is a very old one that I have used as a template. I've had to change everything completely, Sol Campbell had 15 finishing and 18 acceleration!


To help me with this I've done my research and used old games such as CM 01-02 and CM 2003-2004. Wikipedia has come in handy too! Hopefully I can release a DB soon as I just need brush up a few things!

Hey man. Really appreciate the effort. However, I do miss being able to play in England.
