Editor :P Mentioned it at the start of the story. All is based around the fact we change chairman and have a lot of money to spend :)
Lol, find it funny that Kapski didn't give the other manager money and gave his brother though :P.

Yesterday evening Andrei Kapski spoke to L'After Foot [every night on Radio Monte Carlos from 9PM to 11PM] of his first days as a manager and in particular of his transfers target. He explained his choices and RMC.fr decided to make a article on "The 8 players that BATE Borisov are aiming to sign!":

Ronaldinho. The 32 year old Brazilian his one of the biggest legend of football history! His technique impressed all South-America before conquering the rest of the world when he moved to Europe and Paris Saint-Germain! He then played for Barcelona and Milan before coming back to Brazil. He is now at Atlético Mineiro with one year left on his contract. But Andrei would like to sign him now. "He is the best player I ever seen. Having him at BATE would be a dream that can become possible if we work hard enough! And it will be hard for me to sleep until it is done!"

Tim Krul. Then next player that Andrei mentioned was Newcastle Dutch goalkeeper. "24 is very young for a goalkeeper and he is already very good. If you want to improve coming at Borisov now is a good choice and as Tim has a very big potential he will improve dramatically with us."

David Silva. "You think it is impossible? Three weeks ago it seemed impossible too that BATE would have more money than Manchester City! So I think it is possible!" Andrei is a big fans of the Spanish midfielder and told us that he was ready to pay Manchester City 50M€ for him. "He is a real magician! A magician and an artist."

Jonas Olsson. When Andrei talk to us about West Brom Swedish defender, he missed of superlative. "I'm in love with this player since the day I made the crazy decision to sign him for Barcelona on Football Manager! He was LIGA Player of the Year and he would surely be the player of the year in Belarusian league even if Silva and Ronaldinho are his contenders for the award!"

Georgios Samaras. The Celtic striker is better than Van Persie according to Andrei. " Georgios has all the qualities to become the league top goalscorer. Playing in Belarus could even help him win the European Golden Boot![...]If I had him and Van Persie in my squad only Georgios would play. Van Persie will never have the level to play in Belarus."

Carles Puyol. "The best defender Spain as ever seen, and only one player will do better in their league for the next 10 years, it is Varane!" Bate Borisov manager is very interested in the two players but he believes Varane would prefer to continue at Madrid. "Puyol would surely be interested in joining my team. I'm sure he wants a new challenge! And I think he could play in our league for at least the next five years."

Wellington Nem. The 21 year old Brazilian (2 caps) is seen as "the next Shaun Wright-Phillips" by Andrei! "Shaun was one of the 10 best players Premier League ever seen and Wellington Nem will become the best player Belarus as ever seen. He could play here for the next 20 years and win loads of trophies including Champions League!"

Franck Tabanou. Toulouse 24 years old left winger was last summer a transfer target for several Ligue 1 clubs including Saint-Etienne and Montpellier. Andrei believes that he can be the one who manage to sign him. "I always admired this player. The first time I saw him play, I knew he would become a World superstar. He isn't? It's because he still hasn't join BATE, but when he will...He will...He will be the one who will score the winning goal in the Champions League final against Liverpool!"
OHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHH SAMARAS!!!! You should totally get Georgios

New rich BATE Borisov still haven't bought any players, but they have started their market with 14 new members joining the staff this morning! And there is some big names as the former Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar (Under 19s goalkeeping coach) or Patrick Andersson who played for Barcelona and Bayern Munich (scout). The chairman Anatoliy Kapski had warned medias that they would changes to make and there was already several contract terminated by new manager Andrei.
Here are all the staff members in and out:

I think all these players are unrealistic targets :P I changed my club reputation for the story but we are just behind Celtic, and our league is still poor.

BATE Borisov completed this morning their first signing of the season. Anatoliy and Andrei Kapski had targeted players as Ronaldinho, Puyol and David Silva but it is a 22 years old striker from FC Pukersdorf (Austria 5th Division!).

Yet, Kevin Dzieza isn't completely unknown by the football world, he was even scouted by Chelsea and Swansea!
Dzieza was on an amateur contract at Pukersdorf, so BATE just had to pay the Austrian club 500€. And 3% of this very small fee will go to Kevin former club Rapid Wien. During the last seven month he manage to score 23 goals in 28 games and also delivered nine assists!
"He is a very complete player, declared Andrei. He can score goals from every situation, he has good technique and passing, and he can be very fast." But how will he adapt to a much bigger league? And could he perform in European competitions? "I think I won't have to much problem bending into the squad because BATE seems to be a well conducted club, told us Kevin. I'm here since 10am and Andrei already manage to make me feel at home."

A bit later Andrei talk to Belarusian television, declaring that there will be a lot more signings this week. "We are in contract talks with plenty of player, including free agents, and we mad transfers bids for many more. We could spend around 50M£ in the next five days." The manager refused to reveal who were the players or the club negotiating but he added that there would also be players leaving the club.
