New to Fm2013- No tactics work ! Help

I have been sacked by Bilbao, Molde, Porto and i am now at Ac Milan but i will be sacked soon. I picked up most things pretty quickly, im not a complete noob. I play players in their correct positions, i use team talks, i talk one-to-one if a player has issue, i use match preparations, i train the weak aspects of my main players, i use scout reports and compare them to existing players, i change tactics during (eg. exploit the flanks the opponent plays a 3 at the back), i closely follow a team guide created by someone else. Why do my players just not perform, they are good enough? For example i used the Fm editor (nooby)to go out and buy lots of amazing players, yet they dont peform. How do i stop this downward spiral, am i missing something important?

The game has serious problems. I tried a lot of tactics, I really tested the tactics like 4-3-3 with 1 DMC , 2 MC and 2 AP on the wings but nothing. Then I tried 4-2-3-1 , with Inside Forwards and instructions to cut inside. Basically I used the most efficient tactics that are used nowadays but this game is total crap, it seems that what is good in reality is not good in this shit game and because of that a lot of trolls thinks about themselves that they are top trainers and it makes me to laugh how far is this game for reality.


I want to mention that I studied football and I applied everything from what I know , I learned and I studied the tactics of Guardiola, Mourinho, Louis Van Gaal... nothing. It's a complete crap this game but one thing is for sure, it's the last game that I bought.

I even used Bayern's tactics (I'm controlling Bayern) in their 4-0 win against Barcelona and replicated EVERYTHING, even the players. What's the final score? Lost 3-0.

It's true what you've said. Just whacked St. Pauli 12-0 with my Bayern earlier today after winning just 1-0 against a Bundesliga 2 team.
