This is something I have done for a few years to make sure there wasn't too much downtime during games and it was exciting all year round!

I would try and buy players who qualified for the international teams, grow their value and turn them into crackers! 24/7 coaching.

Some examples are;

Denmark - Celtic
Belgium - Spurs
Northern Ireland - Mansfield
Holland - Milan
Argentina - Porto
Ireland - Wolves
Wales - Cardiff
Brazil - Real Madrid
France - PSG
Ghana - Ajax
Chelsea - England

Sounds interesting, might give this a go :)
Its really interesting mate, you can decide on who you want to mould into an international star.

At the moment my saves are Mansfield/NI - loaded NI premier league so just raiding best players to get me into football league :)

2 years to get them into WC :)

I'm still thinking of a team to take over, and what country to base them around. Just one question though, do you have to sell players who aren't from that country? If not, it could be a great addition to the challenge :)
Im not usually that strict but that would be amazing if you could create a squad all one nationality!

As I said in chat don't call to many up at same time to your int. squad.

Get around it by loaning out or buying and selling on after capped with buy backs so you can turn them into international stars!

You basically control all aspects of there career so you can take them to the limit of their potential :)

Good Luck and keep me posted partner!

Marty
It's better to buy the players from the national team you are controlling. I'm currently managing Bayern Munich and Spain. As Spain's supporting strikers aren't that good, I bought Muniain and retrained him as a striker. Now, with Muniain pairing up with Fernando Llorente, both of them scored a combined of 13 goals in the World Cup.
What other Countrys and clubs would you recommend
