World cup squad

Have to submit my squad for the World Cup but it wont let me change it from my current squad cos they've already met up for the preliminaries. Ive tried cancelling my first match so they meet up later but that didnt work. annoying cos im missing a couple of key players through injury. any suggestions?

I think your stuck with it, usually in world cups the peleminaries are to get the players all fixed with the squad and then you drop players from the 30 I think it is, anyway I think without going back to an older save you'll be stuck with this problem
