A national side, never qualified for the world cup, nor the Euros, biggest achievement was getting to the Euro play-offs in 2012, apart from that the European country, Estonia have done nothing but be a laughing stock. But after the recent "success" in 2012, is the tide changing, are they going to reach their goals and get to the world cup in Brazil? But if they aim for this success they will depend on 4 key men to the national side, Jaagar, Lindpere, Oijmaa and Klavan, the captain. Will we heard more "Wop, Wop, Wop" in future?
WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP! WOP!

Oh, and good luck. :P
Make sure to play Eino Puri and Tarmo Neemelo, they've been brilliant for me so far.
Getting to the Euro Qualifiers? You mean the play offs?

Yeah I did haha
Meet the new manager, Andres Oper!

Andres is the all time goalscorer for Estonia having scored 33 goals in a career that lasted over 18 years! He had played with several notable clubs for a Estonian, such as, Ado Den Haag, Roda J.C. and Shenua. Along with this he scored 144 goals for the 9 different clubs he played for during his career.

A great start to the new beginning as we proved a point in a 1-1 draw against Bosnia, who played the likes of Dzeko, Lulic, Begovic and Plajic. To be honest we should of maybe won this one as we piled on lots of pressure all game.

Another really nice result again, but hardly any action both sides of the pitch. It was just in midfield all game and hardly anything happened, I'm surprised the fans don't want their money back, haha.

A amazing result as we started off with a bang in our world cup qualifying group, I was begging to get 3 points (as we had deserved them so much) and in the dying embers of the game a corner was whipped in the shot came in and Dmitjev got a slight connection with the ball to score the winning goal!

As the stats suggest, we just did not show up and well should've been beaten 3/4-0, when we had the ball we kept possession well but we weren't able to shoot at all, but it is looking bright.

Other things to note is we are now 51st in the world rankings!
A decent month, and being next to Belgium in the rankings is something special!

Expected a win and got it, I was really surprised to only win 1-0 though, should've been 3-0 I'd think, but a win nevertheless and we look as strong as ever and were very confident ahead of the game vs Hungary.

What a great game this was a fantastic display from Estonia, as we were again unlucky to not get 3 points. A lovely placed free kick from Dzsudsak, earned a point for Hungary after Kink scored to put us ahead.

I was expected a few big losses, and this friendly vs Russia was our first, despite a big loss we hit the bar twice in the first 10 minutes and looked bright for the rest of the game, but Russia just had a bit too much firepower!

After the Russia game and I got the match invitation from San Marino I was very excited, I knew this was where we would be able to put the game vs Russia behind us and pick up an easy win, which happened. We destroyed, San Marino with a total of 23 shots going our way.

We proved a point against Slovakia, playing many young kids in this game and we pulled a good result, despite the lack of experience. The squad was rotated this way, as the squad had about 4 injures a week before the match so many changes were made.

The World Cup Qualifying group and World Rankings.

So overall we are very much in contention for a play-off spot in our group and since last time, despite our 2 losses we only drop 7 places to 58th.
GO ON RUSSIA! Umm, I mean, unlucky, hopefully results will improve. Keep it up :)
I didn't think I would like this story but I think it is great you have taken on a minnow national team. Good luck for the rest of the qualifying campaign!
Good start, good luck with Estonia! :D
I am very tempted to bring this back, with FM14 just around the corner there may be no point, but would you like to see a return?
You could carry it on until FM14, I would be interested in reading it...
