On this menu you can hunt down the best <a href="training_coaches.htm">coaches</a>, <a href="squad_menu.htm#staff">physios</a> and <a href="manager_options.htm">assistants</a> before you try to <a href="offer_new_contract.htm">attract</a> them to your team. As with the <a href="search_players.htm">player search</a> option you can use the 'View' option to alter the stats displayed on the main list screen, flicking to see general information, coaching <a href="glossary.htm#attributes">attributes</a> and mental <a href="glossary.htm#attributes">attributes</a> to help you decide which individuals you want to <a href="offer_new_contract.htm">approach</a>. Use 'Filter' to look at specific groups of coaches or select 'Edit Filter' which will help you to close in on precise targets. Here you can sort staff according to their <a href="manager_snapshot.htm">abilities</a>, contract status, <a href="profile.htm">reputation and profile</a>. Note that you must aim to recruit coaches with a big reputation if you're to keep your big name players in check. Once you've found a staff member you'd like to approach you can then click on <a href="make_an_offer.htm">Make Offer</a> from their 'Actions' menu. Many members of staff who you approach will still be under contract to a club that would be entitled to compensation if you poach their staff. To avoid this, and to cut down on time trawling through the details of individuals who may not want to join your club, you can place an advert in the <a href="job_centre.htm">Job Centre</a>. </body> </html>
