#46510 CantGetEnoughOfJelavic : Mate, remember at the 1st season and you bought players when you had like no money for loads of cash? Like, you spread it over 48 months? That shit never happened with me! :L It had to delay the transfer for a week... because I don't have the cash.

I had a decent amount to start with. When you pay over 48 months, you have to have enough money to pay the player and agent signing on fees, as well as the first months instalment. How much do you have, and how much were you trying to spend?
Ah, I have nothing, board signed HULK for 32m.. Tried getting Hangeland for 12M and Fraser Fyvie 1.8m both over 48 months
Yeah, you cant get them for nothing. You need some cash in the bank. Try selling some players?

Transfers

I was offered Cavani for £23mil, but since Arsenal and Bayern Munich were bidding as well, this soon rose to a whopping £36mil, which goes way way against my transfer ethos. However i decided to buy Cavani, as hopefully he could carry our team, and be a consistent scorer for us as well. However Cavani got injured after the transfer, so by time he joined Sunderland he wasnt available for the first few matches

In the mass update i didnt manage to say this, but both Vrsaljko and Thiago were severely injured and will be out for a few months. Thus lacking a good RB, i was in the hunt for someone who could fill for Vrsaljko. Through my scouting, Real Madrid realised i was looking for a RB and offered me Romario for £15mil. I haggled this down and managed to buy the young star for £12.5mil

Signed some great youngsters too though i did overspend on 2 of them!

Hirings and Firings

Again i was unable to add this to my mass update, but there have been some interesting developments in terms of managers hired and fired

Sevilla FIRED Arsene Wenger

Arsenal FIRED Rafael Benitez

Barcelona HIRED Roberto Mancini
So how much did you spend on those youngsters?
