The only time I change from attacking to counter is if I'm away to a big team (Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea).
Overview of the tactic. Very simple with the goal of overloading in the centre of midfield. 2 Box to Box midfielders work great as they cover the DM and MC positions and the Advanced Playmaker covers MC and AMC.
The 3 pictures above show the way we want to play with and without the ball. Without the ball the AML and AMR are also set to cover WBR and WBL positions to help with defence.

Currently im just letting my assistant setup the OI as im only 1 season in.
More improvements will be coming during the next week or so.
Only one question tho.. will it still works fine if i change one of the BBM into DLP or maybe BWM ?? Or it is mandatory to follow each of the role on your tactic strictly
