Several months ago during the release of the BETA, I released a skin called FME (Football Manager Enhanced) which was intended to be an extension of what Sports Interactive provide as opposed to a complete overhaul. I intended to keep everything in keeping with the default look and feel of the game for a more seamless integration and ease of use.
Upon release of FME, I received some wonderful feedback from users and fellow modders, though with limited time I was unable to keep up with demand for extra features/bug fixes etc. Having gained more time over the past month, I have rebuilt FME and have stripped it back for the sake of simplicity.

Football Manager Enhanced - v3.0

Transfer/Scouting Labels
Player profiles show Dynamic Transfer Labels which change with context. When a player has been scouted, the "Transfer" labels are replaced with the "Transfer Interest" labels, better integrating the scout report with the player profile and giving you a quick idea of how much a player might cost.

Transfer Actions
Transfer actions are available directly from the Scout Feedback Block via a dropdown menu. Additionally, clicking on the Scout Rating Circle, or indeed any of the Transfer Labels will take you directly to the full Scout Report.

Touch versions of the game present different attribute colours which I have modified and introduced into FME. Red highlights low attribute values, Yellow for moderate values, Blue for good values and Green for excellent values. Foot strength is of course also present underneath the Physical Table. Additionally, I have implemented a better Player Information block which I believe provides all of the essential basic information required when viewing a player.

Additional Tabs
In addition to the default Attributes tab, I have made several other tabs available which I have optimized to function in a much smaller space. Player Information, Contract Information, Transfer Information/Status, Player Report, Medical Report & History are all available to access directly from the Player Overview.
Feel free to download FME v3.0 and perhaps even use it purely as a standalone Player Overview Panel within another creators skin.

RESOLUTION & SCREEN SIZE
FME v3.0FME adapts better than before to smaller resolutions. If you have a very low res screen (1024x768), you'll have a slightly limited experience as there simply isn't enough space to display all the required elements. However, stepping up to 1600x900 and 1920x1080, you have a fuller experience with greater functionality as per the images below.
FME v2.4
- Resolutions from 1024 x 768 to 1920x1080 are fully supported.
- If you are at 1920x1080 but not getting the "Full Experience" it is because you are not scaled at 100%. At 1920x1080 on small screens, Windows scales your screen to 125% which gives you less screen space but makes elements easier to see/read. Change this to 100% in Display Settings and you will receive the "Full Experience".
- To get the most out of this skin, you must have at least 1000 pixels vertically and 1600 pixels horizontally, though unlike all other skins, this skin will not break, have squashed elements or become unusable below its recommended resolution.
How to install the FME FM21 Skin
- Download the .zip archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract its contents.
- Move the extracted folders to your skins folder:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\skins\ - Run Football Manager 2021 and go to Preferences > Interface.
You should see "FME" and "FME Dark" as options in the skin drop down of the General options section.
Hit the Confirm button.
Please note this skin is provided as is. It has nothing to do with Sports Interactive or SEGA and won't be supported by them.

Viewing my own player
Viewing a scouted player
E: Something else I noticed was the ability/potential was broken at first, I tried reloading but didn't work (not sure if reloading clears cache), the only fix I found was to change skin and change back.
@Pekson Backgrounds aren't supported yet as I wasn't immediately interested in having backgrounds. I will look at introducing background support soon.
@Mcswifty I can move my players fine. I just introduced a fix for @Palo90's problem though so download that and see if that makes a difference. Update 2.3.2
@VSpec20 Download update 2.3.2 and have a look. Report back and let me know. Everything is working for me.
How to fix this?

CA/PA - Current Ability and Potential Ability can be found at the top of the Player Profile on the right hand side. If your screen is not wide enough for them to appear, you can view CA/PA in the Player Comparison selector panel.
City Pictures - This is not something I have considered yet as it is purely aesthetic, though I will consider it in the future. Alternatively, there are tutorials online which help you customise certain things like this. Take a look in the SI forums and you may find something handy.
High Contrast Elements - I am currently planning a redesign of the Club Overview Panel and so depending on how that goes, you may see a return of the high contrast elements or even just a few of them.
Green in the Dark Skin - The Green elements have been replaced with a more neutral grey colour which matches the overall theme and doesn't clash with club colours. The Dark skin has also been completely recoloured so that colours are more consistent and also somewhat darker. Vivid colours have been added to the tactics screen to better emphasises the difference between player position, and player faces have been added to the player selection table.
Extended Match Stats Panel - I like the suggestion. I will look into it and add it to my list. I haven't had a look at any of the match panels at all yet as I have been focused on refining the Player Overview panel to ensure there is something useful for everyone.
Player Condition / Sharpness - These elements will remain as icons as that was the intention of the game developer. Although it is still possible within the code to display percentages, if the developer cleans this up in an update or next years game release, you will eventually be forced to embrace the icons. Best to embrace them now and get used to them. The same goes for the green circles on the pitch. They are still present within the skin, though soon they will be removed to reflect the changes made by the original game developer. You will still be able to add them yourself or download an icon that someone else has made, though I will soon no longer support the green circles.
Backgrounds - At the moment, all elements are placed inside of "Subtle Boxes" which are almost completely transparent. Replacing the default background will result in an inability to properly see text and other elements. It is possible for me to add a semi transparent dark barrier between the background and the content and I will consider this in the near future. I created a demo version to test and although it worked just fine, I didn't completely like it. I will consider it again in the near future.
If you cannot reach me on here, follow me on Twitter @FMEnhanced as I do not regularly and consistently visit FMScout unless I have updates.
I hope that helps!
Also can't see my team players name in team sheets, like for example team of the week or the year.
Stadium pack is working fine here? You are talking about the club overview screen right?
Author is probably taking a few days off, just wait. In the meantime like I said if you're having the same issue just move the backgrounds somewhere else temporarily. The skin looks just fine as he made it anyway.
especially in the players tactial roles automatic is green, attack is green, those colours should've been keep the same. And I was also a fan of the top bar in the players and clubs profile, with some colour like it was with the previous version.
Besides that the skin is even better than before, keep up the great work.
