I’m excited to present the latest version of my "Increase Realism" Megapack for FM24.
The Football Manager database is incredibly detailed but still leaves room for significant improvement in key areas. The "Increase Realism" Megapack has been created to address those gaps. It is the result of years of research and constant refinement and aims to make the in-game football world more authentic, dynamic, and logical in every aspect.
This pack does not alter the core structure of the game but enhances all relevant parameters — from financial systems and club data to player development, transfer behavior, and international competitions.
Key highlights include:
Largest CA/PA update available for FM24
Deep structural changes in talent development for every nation, based on numerous indicators such as HDI, population size, average attendances, and financial resources.
Realistic club finances, market values, wage structures, and sponsorship logic. Overhauled transfer preferences for clubs and nations, making transfer decisions far more realistic and strategic.
Missing data for over 1,500 clubs added, including stadiums, rivalries, founding years, and city coordinates.
Climate impact integration and adjustments to injury probability for more realistic squad management challenges.
Refined referee behavior to better reflect in-game realism.
Additions of international competitions such as the FIFA U17 World Cup and Blue Stars Youth Cup.
Increased difficulty and long-term balancing, ensuring more challenging and dynamic saves & much more!
This project is updated every month to stay aligned with real-world developments and community feedback. Early access and exclusive content are available on Patreon. The free public release is usually on the first Friday of every month.

Why should I want to remove your comments? I couldn't care less to be honest.
If you say so..."brother"
out of 119k changes, there are 2 failed changes. And again, Mathys Tel has his attributes increased. So stop talking nonsense.
1. There aren't any failed changes for Mathys Tel, no idea what you're talking about.
2. Please do not share any CA-values of players here. Some users may not want to know them while starting their career. Thanks
this file specifically most changes r not applied
1. There isn't "one" file. There are several files.
2. Some failed changes are normal because I do not clean the history of changes I made. It has no impact on the final changes and there are no failed changes for those.
3. No need for a screenshot. I know my files.

I'm on vacation for 2 weeks starting tomorrow.
This means that work on the August update is already complete.
There are no changes from ALPHA to BETA and none from BETA to Early Access. Those who play with the ALPHA can continue playing without further ado.
- BETA release is on July 19th
- Early access is on July 26th
- The public release will be postponed by a week and will be on August 9th instead of August 2nd. I'll check my emails sporadically, but I'll be mainly offline for the next 2 weeks and recharge my batteries on the beach in Croatia with my family

but why Mbappe still PSG player
"The club owners will have less patience with you.
The club goals have been adjusted upwards (where appropriate) for clubs in over 60 nations. A small series of defeats will now cost you your job much more quickly."
Will this affect all managers? Could we see many more layoffs in general also in AI? If so, it seems like a great contribution to me. Thank you
