A major focus is on balancing long-term saves, particularly in terms of player abilities and finances, to ensure a realistic long-term development of players and clubs.
The mod is updated monthly and expands across various topics – from player attributes and ticket prices to financial re-balancing, new wonderkids, more complete club data, and much more.
Additionally, transfer and financial systems are adjusted more precisely to reflect real-world football conditions.
Check out the READ ME file in the download-link to get a more detailed explanation of the latest changes of the current month's update.
How to Install the Realism Megapack by Daveincid in FM 26

MAY Update
✅ CA/PA adjustments
This update includes more than 3,000 changes, including:
various nationality switches for the 2026 World Cup
missing wonderkid information such as height, stronger foot, etc.
improved attribute distribution for incompletely filled player profiles
✅ Completely rebuilt of the “NEW Players” file
I have completely rebuilt the "NEW Players" file from scratch.
In total, 61 new players have been created, including top talents such as:
Max Dowman, Cavan Sullivan, Marli Salmon, Deinner Ordonez, Ebrima Tunkara and Believe Munongo.
The reason why I rebuilt the file is a bug in the old one which caused around 100 other random players to be missing in-game.
A quick note on a question that comes up quite often:
Why don’t I create a lot more wonderkids?
There are mainly two reasons for that:
The official database already contains a very high number of U16/U17 players, and in some cases even U15 players. My CA/PA file already includes many adjustments for those players, so in most cases only the very best missing talents had to be added.
Too many wonderkids damage the game balance. This affects everything from the transfer market to national team selections and the overall strength balance between nations.
The goal of my files is to ensure a certain level of consistency in the short, medium and long term. With the May Update, I have taken a big step closer to that goal.
✅ Increased difficulty
The game is now a bit more challenging:
Board members are less patient with you so be prepared to get sacked more often if your results do not match the board’s expectations

Early-Access June UPDATE
The main focus of this update is a fully dynamic game world in the area of finances and sponsorships.
I already created something similar for FM24, but back then I waited for the final update before releasing it. This time, I simply do not have the patience anymore, so I am taking the risk and releasing it already now

There is also an important note at the end about how to fix an SI bug, so it is definitely worth reading until the end

What exactly does this mean?
Sponsorship income is mainly calculated through club reputation. However, this does not work properly in FM once real sponsors are included in the database.
Those sponsorship values barely increase when a club becomes successful, and they also do not really decrease after poor performances or relegations. Over the medium and long term, this leads to a game world that is far too static.
This update changes that

Everything now behaves dynamically.
I have calculated the sponsorship values in a way that keeps them very close to real-life figures. A direct 1:1 transfer is often not useful anyway, because club expenses cannot be calculated perfectly. If sponsorship values are too high, many clubs become too rich, which then creates further problems such as unrealistic transfer fees, overly strong players due to better facilities, and so on.
The goal was to find a realistic middle ground based on existing real-world data.
From my point of view, I have found exactly that.
Most of the files updated this month are connected to the effects described above.
ALL CHANGES:
UPDATE: CA/PA Adjustments
Major CA/PA update, more nationality switches and reputation changes.
UPDATE: League Reputation Changes
Further adjustments to improve long-term league balance.
UPDATE: Transfer Preferences
More tweaks to improve realistic transfer behaviour.
NEW: Taxes Fix
Missing, outdated or incomplete taxation fixes for 20 nations.
UPDATE: Salaries, Market Values and Sponsors
Major financial rebalancing connected to the new dynamic sponsorship system.
UPDATE: Club Finances Fix
Further changes to keep club finances more realistic in long-term saves.
NEW: Player Salaries Adjustments
Around 1,800 players have had their salaries adjusted.
This was necessary because many salaries were either missing entirely, which caused them to be calculated unrealistically, or were simply incorrect.
Players from leagues in 38 nations were adjusted.
The main focus was on players with a CA of 130 or higher. There are now almost no players left in this range without a salary entry.
This leads to:
✅ More realistic transfers
✅ More realistic wage negotiations
✅ Better balanced club finances
✅ Improved balance especially in the 2nd and 3rd divisions of Spain, France and Italy
UPDATE: Club Reputation Fix
Further adjustments to improve long-term club reputation development.
Cheers
Daveincid
