These systems are very high in pressing, quick in tempo and transition. Nagelsmann’s profile makes him so interesting, becoming a manager at just the age of 28.
RDF's high press 442/352. A recreation of Julian Nagelsmann tactic for RB Leipzig.

Nagelsmann plays with a high tempo both in and out of possession. His teams attack vertically through quick passes and press urgently when out of possession in order to get the ball back quickly.
The main focus in attack is to play quick forward passes to unsettle and create chances. Possession is not an priority for Nagelsmann.
RB Leipzig show tactical versatility by switching between three at the back and four at the back. Though the formation may change, the style of play doesn’t. Vertical football is still the focus.
In the final third, Leipzig overload the central area and then will play vertical passes to unsettle defences and pull defenders out of position
Nagelsmann’s team has a fluid system. This means a lot of movement and communication between players. I recommend building strong relationships on the pitch
Nagelsmann Tactic - Tweaking Tips
* “Work Ball Into Box” can be added* “Be More Expressive” can be added if you need to create more
* “Run At Defence” can be added for home tactic to be a little more direct

in your view, what's your best tatic?
i also have tactics of my own, some for underdog, so i don't just cater for top teams.
