Inspired by the Man Utd team under Sir Alex Ferguson, this is a 4-4-2 tactic that will make your team a force to be reckoned with. Strong at the back and lethal upfront, the fluid movement and creative passing with leave your opponents chasing shadows.

Below is a video guide going in more depth as to how the tactic works, a set piece set up plus player roles and team instructions.

Great formation boss but just a few questions. This formation is too attack minded, what happens when u get caught on the counter? Also, all the players with the exception of your centre-halves push forward while u r attacking and I think that is just too exposing. For example in ur midfield you don't have anyone who is meant to close down the opposition before they get to your defence. Could u Please post some pics of the scores you have achieved with this formation. I do like playing attractive attacking soccer but only when I'm sure that my team is solid at the back too. As is the case in football manager sometimes you get up to 15 shots on target and score only 3 but your computer opponents get only 4 shots and score all 4 because all were clear-cut chances and I feel that might be the case with this formation. Cheers.

i like the tactic, BUT i find it lacking a bit in defence. i find that alot of the times i get hit on the counter or the opposition simply succeed in pressingmy defence further and further back until they are on the edge of the box or until they play a through ball between my realatively slow central defenders. My suggestion would be to change the wingback setting to support or perhaps to fullback attack/support. alternatively get faster centerbacks and with a better positioning perhaps

I was going to do Premier League teams but I was getting lots of requests from the viewers, so I think it's a better idea to listen to what the viewers want and make the tactics to what ever team has the most comments

    Thanx!
Are you making the guides in alphabetical order for Premier League or are you just making random tactics for teams?

First of all, thank you mate!

I just sad through the whole Friendly match between France - Denmark, just watching your teamguide. I have created a save with Man U, and is looking very much forward getting the season going.

Do you use any special training program?
