There are 2 versions included in this pack.

Version 1 - Increased Injury Frequency (realistic):
SI has stated:
Having anywhere from 1-9 injuries at a time would be considered normal, with an average of 4-6.
This is roughly 70-80% of reality.
This file has increased the number of injuries to be closer to reality. Testing by simulating seasons has resulted in 0-8 injuries at a time, an average of 1-4.
There will be more injuries overall, but the most common are a week or less of time out, and can be dealt with by protective equipment or injections, if you choose.

Version 2 - Reduced Injury Frequency:
This file is closer to the default injury frequency and makes it easier to manage injuries.

Any chance of this more realistic injuries for fm20 please?
It really makes managing your squad that much better and challenging

A minor update. I love this. This file really makes injury prone players, really injury prone. You have to manage your squad much more and watch your medical centre.

Just had a great season until mid march when everything went south because of injuries.

It actually makes it easier to maintain a good squad happiness. Get used to play your rotation players much more.

This file ruined my save. The injuries are not automatically translated to other languagues, only appears on english.

Absolutely love this data file. Makes playing FM so much more realistic. I always hated the fact my squad through a season rarely suffered with injuries.
In my eyes squads have numerous injuries on a daily basis.
I used to know a few premier league players and they used to always tell me players were playing with injuries or having injections before games or training just to get through it.
Love how the AI also suffers with numerous injuries at once too.
    Awesome work

I used 1st version for 5 seasons with 8+ world class physios and rest of the medical team as best as possible, imo it's not realistic. Sure the number of injuries at the end of season might seem realistic compared to real life but how the injuries happen during the season is what's irritating and unrealistic. And it's much worse if you want to do a week of physical training as you will most definitely end up with training injuries during that week. I like to do heavy training in pre-season as it's supposed to help with fatigue for rest of the season but with this mod it's a nightmare.

Horrible. Don't download. I get like 2 injuries in a game and 3 total per week. All tedious injuries lasting between 2-4 weeks. Not to mention I have a file that reduces injuries by 50% already ...

another thing is that i'm getting the option to send them to a specialist for injuries of 5 days and 3 days ect i'm sure that ain't right i'm not sure if it's this file or it is just football manager it's self but i'm pretty sure i didn't see this before i tried this file

I like this file … but there are some displaying glitches. for some injuries, when using specialist, sometimes their time out is showed as one day. but still he's out the regular time. so no Problem here

@bumbisoft: Sorry you feel that way. It's not very kind to say in all caps to prevent others downloading, it is everyone's choice. Injuries are more realistic, at higher levels to real life, and many new common injuries. But FM also is a game, and will have it's flaws at really recreating the realism correctly all the time. This file will mean that keeping enough physios, high condition and fitness, keeping non-injury prone players, etc are necessary.

The only tip I have for this pack is: don't download it. It is an absolute waste. Injuries are highly unrealistic and erratic. I see 3 players injured per game(even during preseason where each player played 45 mins). It ruined my save, thankfully only one season in. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT.
