Swedish Playable Lower Divisions

An attempt to make all the sweetish lower divisions playable in FM23, just like Helsvenskan did for FM20.

Currently only division 3 has been added and is playable with a minor difference from reality in the playoff between division 3 and division 4, as I haven't managed to do it 100% like it is in real life yet.

Note that this mod does not add any players or personnel to any of the teams, it just makes the league playable so make sure to check the "add players" checkbox before starting a new save.

I've uploaded the fmf file to GitHub as well so if you want to be a part of this and add something else feel free to do so.
