When he is doing the 'A' Nations, he runs only the 'A' nations. When he get's onto 'B' he loads all of the 'B' leagues and he turns off all the 'A' leagues.
Yeah, I know, but when I am going to start the save it is only possible to load 40 of the nation-packs, otherwise it will crash. If you understand...
I don't know if I'm answering to your question but JK used the fm editor to make all this nations available.
