I would look at players in the summer who have some experience and calmer heads to deal with that.

Thanks for the comment. I agree with the idea of bringing in more experienced guys but I found that rather difficult. More about that in a sec.
I'm from Finland, so therefore Finnish is my native language, but I did a degree (sports business management) in UK. I don't use English on daily basis anymore, so this story is important for me as it gives me a reason to write and think in English, if that makes any sense.
