From tomorrow I will play Termalica - Bruk-Bet Nieciecza KS in Polish First Divsion(second tier of Polish league). It is there first season above the third tier of Polish league and I hope to make history and in few seasons to win the Polish first league tier but it will be long way away.

I am planning to use tactic 4-2-3-1 so 4 defenders, 2 central midfilders, 1 attacking midfilder, 2 wingers and 1 striker. This tactic help me to be 12th in Liga BBVA with Valladolid. But if there would be players suited than I will try to play 4-4-2.

And I will make forum story out of it and I will try to have one month a day.

So today I got my FM2011 and let's the journey begin.
I have chosen England(Blue Square Premier and Above), Italy(Serie C1 and above), Poland(First Division and Above) and Spain(Seconda Division B and Above) which is 13 leagues and add up to 21,000 players.

So I decided to use my real name, my real day and month of birth and 1973 which means at start of the game I am 37 which is quite young. I have choose professional footballer experience which makes my reputation national.

I have chose to attempt avoid relogation which means I have 9k pounds for transfers and 20.5k for wages which isnt a lot but I will try to buy some players if needed.

What kind of player roles will you be using in your main tactic?

I got a similar wage budget in my Morecambe game so reputation is probably similar, Kamil Kalinowski was a good free polish left back I found, looks like he would also make a decent CB. Also Liam O'Brien and Jack Sampson look like good prospects

So I have just finished my first month with a team in full version of FM2011. Well it didn't start well but I managed somehow to not be last.

So not a bad motnh to be honest. My media prediction is 17th which means second from last but if my team continue play like this I think they will be able to stay away from relogation which is my aim for this season because this season is there first season above the 3rd tier of Polish league so I want to make history and achive the highest position that I can.
Not a great start for me as first game in Polish league I have lost against Podbelskidzie 0-1 but I let all my transfers to make a debiut.
Then lost against Polkowice 1-4 which is one of the biggest loses I ever had which is pretty bad but I could have lost more because my team played awfully.
And in 3rd league of the seasons I eventually get my first points in FM2011 in Polish leagues which is pretty good.
First win in FM2011 was against Dolcan Zabki in 5th match of the season but my asistent wastaking control in that match because I was sent to the stands after I said that refree had made awfull decision. I said that twice so thats why I was send ot the stands.

As you can see my team is currently 12th which isnt that bad and I hope that I will achive similar position at the end of the season.

Transfers:

I am very pleased with my transfers because I think there are decent players for my team and I am only gutted that Daniel Heinz(main position LB) didnt choose to come to me because he would be realle star in my team.

So I finished my second month with Niecicza and it was better than the first one.

September League Results:

Gornik Leczna 2-5

Well game against Gornik Leczna was quite bad losing 5 goals against 1 team thats is pretty bad and I wished it could better but Gornik is kind of good team.

MKS Kluczbork 1-0

Winning against MKS Kluczbork make me really pleased because it move me out of relogation zone and it was 3rd win for my team so not that bad.

Odra Wodzislaw 2-2

Draw against Odra. Well I hoped for win but Odra hold on and eventually draw with my team which isn't that bad because I could lose.

KSZO Ostrowiec 4-1

4-1 against KSZO made me really pleased because it is high result and my team wasn't favourite in that game so win that game is really good but win it by 3 goals is really, really good.

Radzikow 0-0


So after 5 games in September my team have earned 8 points out of 15 so more than half which for my team is really good. So far my team is 9th which means that my team plays better than predictions so far so I am very pleased with that.

October League Results:

Piast 2-1


So first game in the October and It is a win. I am very pleased with that because Piast is favourite to get promoted so winning against them would make happy every team manager who plays team like me.

Kolejarz 1-2


What a shame that I have lost. I mean my team played quite good but not as good as Kolejarz. I thought my team will win this game because they were favourites but again I was mistaken.

LKS Lodz 1-3


Well I have played againt a team which I manage in FM 2010 and I saw that there were a lot of familiar names. I think my team played dreadfully because they had only 1 shot on target and yeah it was a goal but I expected to see more shots from my team but LKS defence were just too good for my strikers.

GKP Gorzow 2-1

Well again I was serving a touchline ban for critesizing the refree. I could see that my asisstant did very good job because they were down 0-1 till half-time and manage to win the game and I think it pretty hard thing to do and I am pleased with a win because I have lost previous two matches.

Flota 3-1


Well 3-1 I think my second biggest win with Nieciecza so thats very good and I am really pleased with my teams performance. I think they played quite good and I think they did deserve win and I am really pleased with my team position in table.

Well lost again against them. Well I think my team played quite good. They had quite a few good chances in which they could score but they just couldn't past the keeper so thats too bad because I lose yet again and lose points. Well I just hope my team will finish the chances which they got.

Polkowice 3-1



I am really pleased with the win. Especially when Polkowice is currently at 5th place which means that they ain't so bad and in first match of season against them my team have lost 1-4 so winning against them make me really pleased because I get my revenge.

I am quite pleased with my teams. They are in mid-table so I am doing better than my media predictions which are to be 17th.

So I reached holidays which are from mid-November untill late Febuary so lots of time for players to get fit for playing games till rest of the season.
In transfer window I am planning to stength my defence becasue my team losses lots of goals. And I also will be looking for goalkeeper.
Also I don't seem to sell players, maybe one central midfilder because I got like 6 in first squad and I am playing only 2 central-midfilders.

Well my team played quite well. They had lots of chances and score 4 goals which is the most goals scored in the league so far which is pretty good and I am really pleased with the result.

Draw which is still points but I hoped that I will win this game especially when there manager has poorly opinion of me so I wished my team won the game.

Well I thought this game will end up with a draw because both teams played on similar level but Dolcan have somhow score which ended up to be only goal in the game and 3 points to them. I am pretty annoid that I have lost points in second game in the row.

GKS Katowice 0-2



Lost and another lose of points. Well to be honest I think my team played dreadfully and GKS Katowice deserved to win because they were a mile better than me and score 2 goals.


Sandecja 3-2



Well finally a 3 points! My team played very good in this match and manage score 3 goals which I think is really good but lost of 2 goals make this game really exciting because I thought it will be unfair draw because my team had lots of chances but just couldn't score but finally my only player from South Africa manage to score his 6th goal in 10th mach which is pretty good.

Gornik Leczna 3-3



Even I know that this was a draw but I am still very pleased because I have stopped the best team this season and my team was lucky to get away with a point because Gornik played just wonderfully.

So still at 9th spot which is very good because again after month my team still holding on in mid-table.

I already playind my April league matches which means that there are only 4 games left in May so I nearly have finished the first season in FM2011

Well I thought my team played quite good. Both teams played on similar level but eventually I have lost that game and lost points.

Odra Wodzislaw 1-1


Well I thought my team played little bit worse than Odraw and I am very pleased with the draw especially when it came so late in the game.

KSZO Ostrowiec 2-1


First win in the month so I am very pleased. I have to say that KSZO played a lot better than my team and I am really lucky to win that game and I think KSZO should have won that game.

Radzionkow 1-0



Again a win and again it was lucky win. Well my team played better than against KSZO but still Radzionkow had more chances than my team and it should have been a draw especially when they had a penalty at 72th minute.

Piast 0-2


So lose against quite good team because they are currently 2nd so thats promotion place but still no matter how good team is there is still chance of winning but Piast played a lot better than my team in this match.

As you can see my team still hangs on in mid-table which is very good and I am very pleased with my teams performance so far.

Well nice results at beggining of the month.My team played very good and I am pleased because who wouldn't be after a win. I expected to win the game and that happend so good but match was kinda dirty because there were 7 yellow cards and 3 reds so that was messy.

Flota 1-1


Well not great I suppos. I expected to win this game because at the time Flota was 17th and I was 8th and I was favourite but I don't know how but somehow my right-back got red card at beginning of the game and maybe because of that I didn't win.

GKP Gorzow 1-2


So lose and yet again lose of points but I have to say GKP deserved to win because they played better than my team and I am only pleased that I haven't lost more.

So at least a point at the end of the season. Well I hoped that I could win this game but I can't complaing because well both teams didn't play well and at least I didn't lose the last game of the season.

Well 11th place isn't the best position because I hoped I will be 8th but still it is pretty high because my media predicitons as I told earlier were 17th so at least I wasn't relogatied.

So great start of the season. My team played quite well and I am pleased with such a start of the season.

Zawisza 2-1

2 wins of out 2 games I couldn't I imagine better start of the season and my team has been moved into 3rd place in the league which is brilliant.

August League Results:

Znicz Pruszkow 3-4

Well good things have to end. I think both sides played well but Znicz won that game and I am kind of gutted because I was favourit in this game and I hoped for win.

Motor Lublin 3-0

Well my team won that game with a style maybe they got 2 red cards but still win is a win and I am very pleased with 3 points.

Warta Poznan 0-1

Agains I was gutted because like in Znicz game my team was favourite and I thought that Warta was beatable team but they somehow won that game.

Lechia Z.G. 5-3

What a game. It is the highest goalscoring match in the I liga so far. It is a win again and I really pleased because it's a win and well its the highest goal scored in a match in FM 2011 so far and my team plead well.

Jagiellonia 2-3

Well my team played well but Jagiellonia was favourites because they just droped from Ekstraklasa and I think they good team. I am quite pleased with only 1 goal losr because I thought it might be higher.

Podbelskidzie 5-0

Well win again and the biggest win by the way which is the best thing and it makes me really proud because its just the amasing filling when you win by that many goals.

Remes Polish Cup:

Well I am gutted with the lose becausemy team have financial problems and cup was one of the chances in which I could earn some money.

Transfers:


I thought I would make better transfers but my team has financial problems and I didn't get much money for the transfers and even wage budget was quite small so I couldn't even signed free players which make me gutted but somehow I managed to do couple of transfers.

As you can see from the table my team is quite high in my opinion and makes me really pleased but it is just a beginning of the season so I just can hoped that my team will be playing like in those past 2 months.

So again great start of the month and my team played very well they had lots of chances and I am pleased with those 3 points and I think my team couldn't play better.

MKS Kluczbork 3-3

Well I have to say that I am quite pleased with the draw because both teams have played in similar level but after 22 minut I thought my team will win this game because one of MKS players have been send of so 1 player advantage but I haven't lost.

GKP Gorzow 2-0

Well 3 points again. I think game was little bit unfair because as from 66th minute GKP played with 9 man so my team had easy oppotunity to win because 2 man advantage is very high but I sill am pleased because I manage GKP in FM2010 and I saw familiar names and I just like to win over my past teams

Polkowice 0-2


Well first lose in September. I believe that both teams played on similar level and both teams had similar amount of actions. I just gutted because I believed that this month would be the first month in which I won't lose but game against Polkowice came which I believe my team never won.

Odra Wodzislaw 2-1

So 3rd win out of 5 games in September. My team played well and I am very pleased with their game but when they conceded a goal I thought Odra could still win it because they were 3rd at the time.

Dolcan Zabki 2-0

Well my team playd quite well and I am pleased with the result because my players create a lot of chances for themselfs and I think it could be a lot more.

Wisla 1-3

Well lost against one of the best teams in Poland. My team played dreadfully and I am really pleased that my team haven't lost more because Wisla played superbly and I would be very pleased if I had a squad like them.

Sandecja 0-1

Well my team have lost 2nd game in the row which is not good because yet again I have lost the points and my position at upper part of the league is insecure but again like in a game against Wisla my team played dreadfully and Sandecja had a lot of chances but in that game my team played in 10-man from 76th minute because one of my defenders have got red card.

GKS Katowice 1-1

Well again lost of points and my team have moved down into 4th place which means that in this month my team have been moved down by 2 places which is not good. My team could won that game because they had more chances than GKS and they missed a penalty in 50th minute so that pretty bad.

Well 3 points in a game which I think it should be a draw because both teams played on similar level and I think that my team just could finish there chances but I have to say that Pogon did well in that game.

Zawisza 3-2

So second win in the row which makes me really pleased especially after previous month in which my team didin't come so well. I think that Zawisza should have won that game because they played a miles better than my team and my team was just lucky and I would be pleased if my team get away with 1 point.

Table:

Well my team is at 3rd place with 6 points behind the promotion place which I think its great because my media prediction are to be at 14th place so my team playes very good this season.

Motor 3-0

Well my team played very good in this match and I am very pleased with the result but I hoped for better because on the other hand Motor played dreadfully and they had a little chances.

Znicz 1-0

My team played quite good in this game but I think my team were lucky to win because Znicz played better and form 68th minute my team played with 10-man but somehow my team manage to win that game.

Warta 1-1

Well my team played worse than Warta so I am pleased with the draw and 1 point. Warta is currently in 2nd place with 3 points ahead of me so I would be more pleased with a win but I have to say that my team played dreadfully compare to Warta.

Jagiellonia 0-2

First lose in March against team which playes in Ekstraklasa in real life so I don't mind losing to them but they were 3 points behind me and after the game they just were ahead of me. In that game my team played really dreadfully and Jagiellonia really good so I am pleased with that my team haven't lost more.

Podbelskidzie 1-0

3 points again in this month so that's pretty good. I think my team played slightly worse than Podbelskidzie so again I think that in this game my team were lucky but my team also had chances to score and they did score so that's good.

Lechia Z.G. 3-2

What a game! That's 4 match out of 6 which my team have won in this month so that's about 67% of the wins in March so my team keeps playing better and they have real luck because Lechia had a lot more chances than my team so that's 3rd time my team have won in this month with a luck.

You can see that my team is in 3rd spot with just 3 points behind promotion spot which is fantastic. I am really pleased with the place and so are my players.

April League Results:
MKS Kluczbork 3-1

Well like in prevoius matches my team were lucky again. My team had just 3 shots on traget and 3 goals so I think thats pretty lucky or my team is just good at finishing but I still believe that its the first option.

LKS Lodz 5-3

Lots of goals and very excited match. I am really pleased with my teams performance especially with Jainudeen Lakay who scored 4 goals which make me really impressed and he is one of the players who could win top goalscerer award.

GKP Gorzow 1-1

Well both teams played on similar level and had similar number of chances so I think that game should ended like it ended but I am quite gutted because I had lose a goal at 80th minute onwards because it feels like you could have won the game but you didn't.

Polkowice 3-3

Draw again but I am really pleased because Polkowice played miles better than my team and I have to say that they should have win the game but Jainudeen Lakay 2 goals stopped that happening.

Odra Wodzislaw 0-0

Boring draw. Odra played slightly better but nothing special to see in that game exept one of the Odra's chances which ended up with a save by my keeper which I'm pleased with.

As you can see my team is in promotion position with 3 points ahead of 3rd place and 2 behind the 1st. 4 games left in the season so I think that my team has pretty good chances of getting protmotion this season.

Well not a great start of the month. I think Wisla did deserve the win because they played a lot better than my team but at least my team manage to score 2 goals so I am pleased with that.

Sandecja 2-3

Another lose and my team moved into 4th place which is pretty bad because I was in 2nd palce which is promotion place but I was only 1 point behind 2nd so thats good. Sandecja played better than my team in this match but I was hoping for a draw but lose it just kinda bad.

Dolcan Zabki 4-0

What a game! First win in May and in what game my team played very good because they had a lot of chances and 4 goals I think its hard to score and my team manage to score in this game.

GKS Katowice 2-1


Second win in the row which is very good and I am pleased with it especially after my team moved 2nd place which means promotion. Well GKS played better than my team at least in my opinion but my team still managed to win and I am really,really pleased with that.

Well as you can see my team managed to be in 2nd place which is promotion place which I am really pleased and its pleasure when you can see your team is promoted into the highest tier in the country so I really proud that I am managed to promote my team into Ekstrakalsa.

August Update 12/13

August League Results:

Legia 1-3

Well as for 1st game in Ekstraklasa ever its a lose which is not good because everyone would like to win. My team played dreadfully comparing to Legia and I am just pleased that I haven't lost by more goals.

Cracovia 2-1

First win of the season and first win in Ekstraklasa which makes me really pleased that I haven't wait long for the win in first season in top tier of Polish leagues. Match was played on similar level so even if my team would ended with 1 points I would still be happy so I am really pleased with win.

Wisla 1-1

A draw. I thought my team would win that game because Wisla's goal come late in the game which I just hate when it happens because I just give me hopes up like in this match but still a point which is really good against one of Polish best teams.

Lech 1-0

Wow! I have won with Polish champion which is just brilliant. My team played ok which also make me really happy because it is really hard to play against a champion when you just got promoted and thats why winning that game really make happy.

Polish Cup:
Swit 1-1 (2-3)

Well my team played dreadfully in this game and I think they deserve to lose but I think Swit just couldn't finish their chances.

Well my team played dreadfully in this game and I wasn't pleased with that but I at least my team didn't lose more than by 1 goal which is really suprising because Zaglebie played very well.

Well I think Slask played a little better than my team and I think they deserved to win but I am still pleased to win because it is always 3 points and my team have moved into 6th place so that's

I can say that my team played dreadfully in that game and I am really ashamed that my team could play like this but at least they manage to score a goal which is still good and they only lost by 1 goal.

Arka 2-3

I think my team is lucky to score goals because like in Lechia game they just play dreadfully and still manage to score 2 goals which I just can't believe my eyes and that Arka's finall goal was scored in 89' minute which means I could still walk away with a point.

October Update

October League Results:

Gornik Zabrze 1-3

Well again my team just didin't played good and I think thats the main reaseon they have lost again. My team had a few chances but they just couldn't finish them. Gornik Zabrze on other hand played very good and they deserved a win.

Piast 5-0

Well my team played very good and I am really pleased with it because it is the biggest win this season and probably the biggest win since I have started playing FM2011.

Ruch Chorzow 3-2

My team again played superbly in this match and my really happy with this win and it is 2nd win in the row which is really good.
