FM23 Catalan nationality/Spain expanded

The Copa Catalunya is added to Spain's rules. I've also repurposed the "ghost" nation Crimea to create the inactive Catalan second nationality (like Basque).

This also means it's compatible with all of my other files. I don't think we can show it as an option to "load all players" at game start - Pays Basque is hard-coded that way - but you can load all players from Spain.
