The default League menu focuses on the league table, enabling you to assess your team's record in the competition and review the statistics for all sides for the season so far.

By clicking the 'View' drop-down menu you will discover options to modify the information presented in the table. Selecting 'Home Record' will disregard away matches and sort the teams into a league table based only on games played at home. Likewise, the 'Away Record' option sorts the table according to performances in matches played away from home.

You might expect teams to play better in front of their home fans, but beyond that you should also be able to analyse the Home/Away table to identify patterns that could be helpful when it comes to selecting Tactics. If you are shipping goals away from home you may want to adopt a special, defensive away selection, for instance.

The 'Combined' view is essentially a more detailed cumulative league table view, showing a breakdown of home and away stats, but sorted according to overall performance.

View Squads
By clicking on the name of any team in the league you'll be taken to their squad page. Here you'll be able to examine their players and view the stats and tactics of your potential opponents. You'll also be able to make a Manager Comment about one of your league rivals.

Information
The Information tab contains sub-tabs on the League Table, as described above, as well as the competition Schedule and Rules.

Schedule
A simple breakdown of when each round of games in the league is due to take place. Handy for plotting when to arrange friendlies.

Rules
Click here to view the competition rules and format. You'll find everything from the basic set-up of the competition, down to transfer restrictions and disciplinary laws.

News
This displays the Competition News screen. It is also home to the Transfer Rumours sub-tab.

Transfer Rumours
This section presents a list of all the most recent transfer gossip and rumours surrounding teams and players in the league.

Matches
Click this tab for an overview of all the games so far and to come in your league, as well as Latest Scores, Live Goal Updates and League Tables on a matchday.

Transfers
A list of all completed and confirmed transfer dealings for teams in this league.

Stats
The Stats tab contains the following statistical views as sub-tabs:

Team Stats
At-a-glance breakdown of the key statistics of all teams in the league.

Player Stats
Overview of all the statistics relating to players in the division.

Referee Stats
This is a straightforward breakdown of the cards and penalties awarded by referees, along with their rating out of 10. Match it against the details of the official in charge of your next game to judge the mentality of the man in the middle.

A thorough manager would ensure that their more aggressive players are checked a little if the referee for the next match is intolerant of foul behaviour and eager to produce cards which can add up to disciplinary points.

Use the player instructions menu on your tactics option to adjust the approach of your players after checking the record of your official.

Injury Table
Think you've got an injury crisis? Glance at this table to see who's crocked at which club, what their medical problem is and how long it might be before they return. This information could give you a crucial edge when you plan your tactics for a forthcoming clash.

Awards
Overview of all the honours dished out to players and managers in the league.

History
This option enables you to overview the performances, sequences and facts that are part of the division's folklore.
