Le PFC sign EX PSG Striker

In a move though to be one to undermine rivals Paris Saint-Germain newly promoted Paris FC signed Striker Guillaume Hoarau from Chinese Club Dalian Aerbin on a free transfer. This is a move that PFC supporters are very happy about. new manager Kévin Morin was quoted in saying.

"Guillaume is a hell of a player and will be a force to be reckoned with, PSG were stupid of letting him go as well as Kévin Gameiro just so they can sign and play an overpriced washed up player who is so bi polar about his love for clubs." "if there are any PSG players not given a fair chance because of the buying of "superstars" please contact us and we will give you a trial, and I don't care if the media calls us PSG rejects because we will be better."

As you can tell Morin was not holding back in his views about PSG but is extremely happy to add a player like Hoarau.

Hoarau was quoted in saying "i am blessed that Mr. Morin gas given me an opportunity to play for PFC and I look forward to playing PSG and show what a mistake they made."

This is the first major signing fir Paris FC this season and it won't be the last.

Thoughts so far

So far managing Paris FC has been great. I am liking the squad of new players that I have signed in the last few days and they are all ready for the season. The one thing I can not believe is that the season starts in about two weeks. Seriously two weeks, damn Ligue 2 starts early. We are so ready.

Preseason 2013

The 2013 Preseason is over for our beloved FC Paris. It has been a very successful one and the club is ready to start Ligue 2 in a week.

The 2013/14 Ligue 2 season kicks off in a few days when PFC travel to play Dijon FCO. Our first home match will be on 3 August against Stade Brestois 29.

CSA and FIFA Reopen Match Fixing Case
July 21, 2013

Last year news broke that several clubs in the Canadian Soccer League were involved with match fixing. It i not going away. Recent reports have surfaced that it is much worse than thought before. Now it is known fixing still went on during the early 2013 part of the season.

As of right now the 2014 CSL season is in even more jeopardy since the Canadian Soccer Association was planning on no longer making it an official organized competition.

The biggest report is that one of the parties involved is linked to a Major League Soccer Club and is currently overseas as a head coach. They did not say who it is but we speculate that it is Kévin Morin who at the time was the manager of Impact Academy. He is currently head coach of Paris FC of Ligue 2. If all of this is true both the CSA and FIFA could ban anyone involved for life from the sport.
