Hey guys and welcome to my new story. I have started a few stories on here and never really got them off the ground so with this one I plan to stick with it until I get FM14. With this story I won't be using the creative style of writing that I adopt each and every new story I make but it will be a classic story, plain and simple updates on the signings I make and the matches I play, a bit like James' unemployment story but with a twist! Which ever country I manage in, I'm only allowed to buy players of that nationality. You can expect the first update in the next hour! Cheers guys.
Some of the best stories on the site have been "plain and simple updates". Hope this one gets added to that list.

Good luck :)
Best part about the unemployment/LLM challenge, you don't care about losing xD

The manager

Our manager, Aaron Hardy. Just an ordinary 25 year old lad from the south of England, will be the man at the heart of this story. He plans to take us on an unforgetable journey, to tell the story of how an FM addict with, as people call it 'a sad life' became the most recognisable person in football, and an idol to every footballing fan out there.

Sir Alex...this is how its done.

maybe...:P

The offer(s)

So Hardy's CV was complete, all he needed to do now...was to send it off.
A week past, and hard was on his way home from the Rose & Crown where he'd been spending his nights waiting. He opened the door only to trip over an abundance of letters. he picked one of the letters up, it had written on it *confidential* he opened it to find it was a job offer from spanish, liga adelante side, girona. the exitment built with in him as he picked up another, again it had written on it *confidential* he opened it up...and a job offer from metalurg!!! Amazing, he shouted at the top of his voice...he picked up the other letters expecting them to be stupid bills.

but each and every one had written on it, *confidential*

where would Hardy end up?

Moving countries?

It seems with this move, Hardy surprised us all. We would of expected him to start off in a lower english league, being english with no experience and all. However, Hardy was having none of it. he wanted a bigger move. he rejected Girona, and he rejected matalurg he even rejected all the other offers...bar one. Krasnodar. Was the £4,000,000 budget to appetising? Or did he really believe he could take a russian premier division side to glory? Only he knew! Although, we all know...it was the start of something big.

Pre-season

I thought our pre-season was fairly decent. although I missed every game except for the last one against our reserves. (who we should be beating anyway) We had some good wins and some very good draws such as the one against Trabzonzaspor who should be thrashing us really but, I was not managing at the time, so to me it doesnt really count.

We made some good signings, A centre back named, mate ghvinianidze. He should hopefully be really solid and should be able to set an example to our younger players. Our other signing was a right back from terek, who goes by the name of, Rizvan Utsiev. He will bolster up the right flank for us as we were in dier need of people on the right. he should also add some pace to the team.
Our tactics probably wont have settled and been learnt by the time we head into our first game vs CSKA Moscow as i joined literally a week before the game, so we can only hope for a decent result and hopefully the luck goes our way.

JULY

We start off our league campaign with a very short month and a very good start beating CSKA Moscow at home, We ran the show from start to finish and if I remember rightly they had 2 shots and we had a good 10+. Ari was absolutley outstanding in this game getting both goals and securing a much needed but very surprising first win. it wasnt until late on that doumbia got the consolation to make it 2-1

Then it was off to terek for us where we suffered a dissapointing loss, they struck first with a great header from their striker until we got a grasp of the game and equalised to make it 1-1. however we couldnt stop them from scoring yet again just before half time. We changed back to the tactics used agains CSKA and we were fantastic and deserved a late goal. therefor i put the loss down to my bad tactical decisions.

Player of the month

POTM, this month goes to Ari, for his great performance agains CSKA. He pulled all the strings, scoring both goals and winning us the 3 points, He was also fairly decent against terek...creating nice bits of play whenever he got the ball, This game left me wondering if I stuck with my previous tactics, would he of scored?

Monthly review

This month gave me a slight insight to my teams strengths and weakness' and the win against CSKA has got me believing we can definitley stay up, again I just think tactical mistakes was the reason for the loss. We do not have the squad depth to get anywhere near european qualification as we came out with three injuries in the terek game, and its giving me a huge headache just trying to think about who to play.

AUGUST

It may not look like it, but I am in some ways extremley happy with our performances this month. The fixture list hadn't been kind to us at all, giving us title faviroutes Dinamo moskow, CSKA, and lokomotive moscow but we battled through the storm and I believe will stay up this season.

The game against Lokomotiv was very annoying, and nerve racking at times. We went 1-0 up in the first half with a great goal from Samsonov and I thought we were the better team all the way
through, dominating like we did when we played CSKA. however it wasnt to be as 7 minutes from time their striker scored a well timed header from an inch perfect cross. although a draw against lokomotiv, I will take any day.

Dinamo was a dissapointing result, losing 2-0 away from home, i felt we could've scored one or two but dut dinamo were way to good for us dominating almost the entire game. I am not dissapointed, they're top of the league and haven't lost yet, so its understandable.

Amkar, by any means was never going to be an easy game, and they proved that with their solid defending! although we proved that we aren't a team people can walk over countering their attack with some of our solid defending. both teams were great, and the game had everything except goals.

Next, was bottom of the league Sovetov. they may of been bottom of the league, but no way was I going to take that for granted...we needed those three points and two great headers from our skipper granquvist and last months player of the month Ari, won us those points.

Player of the month

POTM, this month...willbe handed to Oleg Samsonov. Not our first choice right midfielder but he may just of proved me wrong with solid performances all month, and scoring his first goal for krasnodar against lokomotiv. He may now be considered an integral part of the team if he keeps this up!

Notes:

Some of you eagle eyed viewers may have taken a look at the fixtures list and noticed that we drew Mordovia, in the 5th round of the Russian cup! here are the other fixtures for the round.
Well done for getting the job... you could become a legend!

SEPTEMBER

This month was abysmal. I came out of August thinking we gotten through the worst of our hard fixtures, but I was wrong. First we started off at Rubin Kazan, I didnt expect to get anything out of it and I was right. We didn't actually play that bad it was just a few defensive errors.

Next was Tom, where I was sure a win was on the cards, I changed my tactics round using a 5-1-2-2 and to my surprise...it worked. We were brilliant. We went 3-0 up extremley fast, but again. more defensive errors almost cost us the game with them scoring 2 late goals.

Mordovia, away. I was sure we could win, they're in the league below! I didnt put out a week side, we just dont have the depth to rotate. I had made a few changes to the squad but im not sure that was the reason we lost, I just think my defense need to learn how to tackle, intercept, and pass.

This game left me incredibly disapointed...losing to our rivals when really we should've won was a huge kick in the teeth, we were both very even and I dont think we should've lost. A draw would've been a fair result.

Spartak moscow, another game I didnt expect to even compete in. They dominated all the way through and handed us our asses. We deserved to lose.

Player of the month

Player of the month, goes to Ari, again, for his incredible performance versus Tom and kuban. He played really well against kuban although he didnt score. But his performance against Tom, scoring to goals and assisting wanderson...well, he was just brilliant.

Monthly Review

This month, was terrible, and we can only hope our bad form comes to an end, but I dont see that happening as our next two games include anji and Zenit St Petersburg. I still am fully confident we will stay up, we just need to learn to ascrape out draws and wins against bigger teams.

Notes:

This month, we were knocked out of the Russian cup, im not sure how as we were much better than mordovia, however this does mean we can concentrate on other competitions i.e. The League
