Scouting and lists help FM 14

In previous football manager games it was poosible to scout on a player, and the player would be automatilcally on your wish list. Now when I'm scouting they're not automatilcally on my list. Now I need to manually put him on the list or bid on him to make him to my list. How can I make a player automatilcally on my list by scouting on him? I really love this part of the game that you could do that. I'm playing FM 14 Classic

Go to Staff Responsibilities then onto the Personal Assistant tab, its the 2nd option on there
