[GS14g] Staff search with occasional fault.

This doesn't seem to happen with lots of staff but when i was looking for an alternate Assistant Manager i came across a Coach at Bayern whose Current Ability is higher than their Potential Ability.

This was the only one with this problem out of a shortlist of 60 staff, so possibly rare.
