amateur?

im wexford youths in the irish first divison and its an amateur club so all my players can leave on a free how do i become semi pro to prevent this?

I'm not to hot on the Irish leagues, but to be semi-pro you need to be in a semi-pro league.

ya im only wexford youths cos their me local team but all the teams in that division r semi pros

I am the next stage up (semi pro / full time), generally you need

1) Better Finances

2) Semi Pro players

3) better contracts

4) Good league position

5) Decent stadium
