Owen's Future - Manager?

The front page of the Daily Mail today is all about Michael Owen and his destination. The Dailey Mail have set up a small team of pundits to discuss what Owens future is.

Gary Neville - Middlesbrough, Manager
I feel that he will become the manager of Middlesbrough by the end of the week. He looks like he will be a great manager and Middlesbrough is just the team to start his managing career. Middlebrough are one of the better sides in the Championship so that could be enough to tempt him there.

Jamie Carragher - Crystal Palace, Manager
Knowing Owen from Liverpool experience I feel he has the confidence to manage a Premier League side, Crystal Palace. They have only recently sacked Holloway and will be looking to get a new manager as soon as possible. Owen would be a great manager and I feel Palace is the side for him.

Jamie Redknapp - Leave Football Entirely
In my opinion I think Michael will leave football entirely, he needs too make time to play golf which he enjoys and to focus on horse racing which he also enjoys. I think he maybe become a manager in about 10 years.
BRILLIANT! This is going to be awesome, good luck Silas

The Offer

I walked into the restaurant and soon spotted the man I was looking for.

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/Alain-Ducasse-Dorchester_zps9807f9b9.jpg.html

Good Afternoon," he says as I near him.

"Good Afternoon, sorry I forgot is it Mr... Mr Parish."

"Yes, that's me, Mr Steve Parish," He nodded with a smile on his face. He passed me a peice of paper which I looked at closely and soon recognized that it was my contract. "Since yoour here lets get straight down to business."

"Manager of... Crystal Palace Football Club," I looked up and smile.

"Me manager of Crystal Palace, isn't there anyone better?"

"Well... You are a young manager and we think you would fit in perfectly," I look at him and laugh.

"Are you sure you want me? Yes i'm looking for managment but I thought it would be a Championship side."

"We will be handing you a one year contract, if things go well it will be extended."

"I nodded. "That sounds great."

"So what is it, yes or no?"

"Yes, defiantly." I look up and smile with excitement.

I signed the contract quickly marking the beginning of my management career.
Do you realise how clear it is you're just copying this from Glenn? :P

I mean, come on, the manager meets the chairman in a restaurant, that's understandable but he even forgets the chairmans name? That's what I call copy and paste :P

Btw you used the old Palace badge too :)

The Squad

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/Untitled_zps3faf392c.png.html
Although we don't have he best of squads I have highlighted three key players who will be crucial for us in the league.

Adrian Mariappa

A signing which was completed this season from previous Manager Ian Holloway. Adrian will be crucial to anchor the defense down and stop us from conceding goals. Mariappa will have to be at his best for the whole season if we are to stay up.

Mile Jedinak

Our captain Mile Jedinak is probably the best player at the club. His role will be to help out with the defense as well as helping out with the attack. The Australian played superbly last season helping the team get promotion, hopefully he plays just as good this season.

Marouane Chamakh

The big Moroccan striker didn't have the best of times at Arsenal but hopefully he will play better here. The team are counting on him to get the goals and help us win games. Chamakh will have to certainly be at his best if we are to stay up.

You said Jedinak is your best player, yet he is transfer listed and loaned... Way to copy off Glenn..

Two In as Owen Starts Building

Michael Owen has today completed the signing of two players, these are Adrian Edo and Richairo Zivkovic.

Adrian Edo

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/adrian-edo-4x3195-899450_zpsc402df34.jpg.html
Age: 16
Fee: £425,000
CA:
PA:

Edo, aged 16, is a quality young center midfielder, his stats are brilliant for a 16 year old e.g. Teamwork, Work Rate and Flair. I'm confident that he will grow into a leading Premier League midfielder.

Richairo Zivkovic

Age: 16
Fee: £550,000

PA:

The 16 year wonderkid has been tipped to be the new Dennis Bergkamp. The young player has been signed for the future although i'm planning on playing him in some cup games. He was signed from Dutch side FC Groningen where he only made 4 senior appearances.

2 More In as Owen Continues To Build

Owen has completed the signings of two more players this morning. These players are Doria and Bryan Rabello.

Doria

http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/silasthebest/media/DoriaTreinoBotafogoBrunoLimaLANCEPressLANIMA20130717006426_zpsc21674c5.jpg.html
Age: 18
Fee: £6,000,000

The young Brazilian defender is a brilliant player and for 6 million I thought it was a bargain. The Brazilian international has already been capped once for Brazil and is thought to be a national team player for years to come.

Bryan Rabello

Age: 19
Fee: £3,000,000

The young Chilean international is a fantastic young player who for 3 million is a bargain. The attacking midfielder has already been capped once for the Chilean national side. Last season Rabello played 3 games for the Sevilla senior side.

Meanwhile Owen Garvan and Lewis Price have joined Reading and Peterborough respectively. Garvan, aged 25, has joined Reading for 3 million. Price, aged 29, has joined Peterborough for 500K.
You took Doria from Botafogo :(
