The 2019 Project

Hey Guys, many will remember the 2018 Project from last year, a series that Kane did. This year, I will follow in his footsteps and Create the Progress. The 2019 project is a project devoted to showing the progression of the game's top wonder kids. For this series, I will showing you a picture of the wonderkid in 2013 and their scout report. After that, I'll show you a picture of the wonderkid in 2019, 6 years after the start of the game. I'll show you the players profile and their history, and then provide a little synopsis over the growth of the year. Without further ado, let's look at the top wonderkid on Stam's wonderkid list.

Raphael Varane

Position: D(C)

Club:

Nationality:

Value: 15.25 Million Euros

Wage: 28.5k Euros Per Week

2013

Profile:

Scout Report:

Raphael Varane starts as one of the world's most talented Centerbacks. Unfortunately, he is at Real Madrid, and will not be easy to sign. The Frenchman has all the stats needed to be one of the world's best Centerbacks, with his Tackling, Marking, Heading, and Pace all fantastic. The Real Madrid Scouts believe he has potential to be a Superb player, 4 stars out of 5.

2019

Value: 47.5 million euros

Wage: 180k Euros Per Week

Profile:

History:

As predicted, Varane as become of the the World's best defenders, and is valued at a staggering 47.5 million euros. The Frenchman has seen significant increase in his stats. His Strength, Tackling, Marking, and Heading are all over 15, making him one of the most feared Defenders on the planet. His performances are nothing short of fantastic, with him always having a average rating of about 7.40 in about 30-40 games. In his 6 seasons, he's never been out longer than 5 weeks, so he's not an injury risk. Real Madrid have not conceded more than 42 goals in a season since 2013, and have conceded the least goals in the Liga BBVA 4 times out of the 6 seasons Varane has played in.

Nice to see someone running this again this year, well done Jason :)
I think you'll find Kane did the 2017 Experiment :P
Well then, didn't expect to find this.. :O

Marquinhos

Position: D(C)

Club:

Nationality:

Value: 7 million euros (Just moved to PSG for 33.5 million euros)

Wage: 15.25 euros per week

2013:

Profile:

Scout Report:

Marquinhos has great potential from the start. Much like Raphael Varane, he has all the stats that a great center defender needs. His marking, defending, tackling, and pace are all over 13, and at 19, those stats can grow into the stats for an elite defender. He is on a team where he will be playing as well. He should get significant game time in his first season, and should improve loads in a talented team. However, he will be impossible to buy in the first season, because he's just moved from Roma for a huge fee.

2019

Value: 38.5 million euros

Wage: 145k euros per week.

Profile:

History:

Marquinhos has progressed into a very good defender, but his performances have been wildly inconsistent. He has great tackling, heading, and pace, but his mental makeup and heading are less than stellar. His performances however, are up and down. In his best year, he had 3 goals and 7 assists to go with a 7.3 match rating. However, in three years, his average rating has been below 7.0, which is frustrating to say the least. However, with human tactical guiding and training, Marquinhos can improve and become a more consistent world class Centerback.
