Martin Jol Sacked As Fulham FC Manager!

This may come as a shock to some section of the Fulham FC fanbase that Martin Jol has been sacked by the board.

Jol had been in charge for two years after joining in 2011. Jol made Fulham into a decent mid-table side.

After Fulham were taken over by rich chairman Shahid Khan in the summer, Jol's time was running out at Fulham.

Their relationship was becoming worse and worse by the minute, which involved Jol making a death threat towards Khan and stalking him around his house.

A new manager has yet to be announced at Fulham, but Khan sould want a manager before the new season so they new man has time to settle in.
Best of luck! :D
DeanByrne1995 - Thanks a lot mate:)

Bergkamp and Fowler Linked With Fulham Vacancy

It has been revealed to by The Sun newspaper that Dennis Bergkamp and Robbie Fowler are in line to be the next Fulham FC manager.

Both Bergkamp or Fowler have yet to release a statement saying they're interested in the job but chairman Shahid Khan had this to say on the matter."I would love to have managers that have such a great reputation in the footballing world but we will have to wait and see."

Fulham fans were happy to see footballing legends being attracted to the club, and can only be good publicity for the club.

With only one month left to the start of the season chairman Shahid Khan will be looking to appoint a new manager quick whoever it is.....

Robbie Fowler Appointed Fulham New Manager

Reported by BBC Sport,Robbie Fowler has been given the position of manager of Fulham FC succeeding Martin Jol on a two year deal.

Fulham fans are happy with this appointment saying"We are glad the chairman has brought in someone who knows the game, knows players to bring so a very good appointment."

New manager Fowler said this"I'm very happy with Fulham giving me the opportunity to show people around the world the talents I have got as a manager. Yes this is my first club as a manager but I'm confident I can do well here, they are a good bunch of lads and I can't wait to get started."

Fowler will have a big job on his hands with less than a month to the start of the season he better start acting fast if he wants to do well at Fulham.

Other fans around the world are refusing to comment on the appointment until they have a real judgement on Fowler's talents as a manager.

I guess they will have a better understanding of him in the coming months of the season!
